Carla Chabot founded Amplified Collective on a simple belief: the right story, told well, can move people—and missions—forward.

With a career spanning insurance, finance, government, education, entrepreneurship, and the nonprofit sector, Carla brings a rare depth of perspective to her work. It’s her experience in mental health, rare disorders, and corrections, however, that shaped her purpose: helping organizations elevate voices that are too often unheard and turn complexity into clarity.

Her work as Executive Producer of RecoverED: A Film About Eating Disorder Recovery, a Canadian Screen Award–qualifying documentary, marked a defining moment—demonstrating how powerful storytelling can break stigma, build connection, and drive real-world impact.

Blending systems thinking with a creative background in photography, Carla offers both strategic precision and human insight. She doesn’t just help organizations communicate—she helps them connect, influence, and lead.

Through Amplified Collective, Carla Chabot partners with nonprofits, healthcare organizations, foundations, community-based organizations and social enterprises to craft narratives that move missions forward and inspire action. Drawing on a trusted network of collaborators across Canada, she builds tailored teams for each project, bringing together the right expertise to meet each organization’s unique needs.
